Can i bring my own drinks to the pool?
YES we are delighted to inform you that beverages are permitted in the pool area. Please note that bags, coolers, and glass bottles are not allowed for safety reasons. Additionally, while you are welcome to bring your drinks, we encourage you to also enjoy the offerings at the hotel bars and consider showing your appreciation by tipping the bartenders. Kindly be mindful, respectful, and responsible during your stay. We encourage you to make the most of the hotel's bars, dining options, and amenities to show your support and appreciation. Please note Taxes and gratuities are included in all food and beverage pricing.
What time is check in and out?
Check in to the hotel is 4pm. Do not expect to have your room earlier than that. In some cases, some of our guests do get lucky and able to get their room earlier than 4pm check out is 11am. Early Check in and late check out are available for a fee.
Can i bring my dog?
Normally the hotel is pet free however they have made an exception for our event. Pet fee is $129 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per room, with a combined weight of 40lbs.
What is included with my hotel reservation?
When you book your vacation destination hotel room with us your tickets for the pool parties are included 2 per room based on double occupancy. All other events can be purchased separately . If you have more than 2 people in the room you can buy additional pool party tickets at discounted rate at the time of making your reservations.
How much are resort fees?
Hotel will charge a resort fee of $25 per night which includes your welcome bag, complimentary local calls, unlimited use of fitness equipment, outdoor pool with fresh towels, free self parking and coffee and tea station in the lobby as well as transportation to theme parks and specialty TV
Is there a fee to use the gym?
The fitness center is complimentary for all overnight guests.
How much is Wifi?
Wi-Fi is free for all overnight guests.
How much is Parking?
Parking is free for hotel guests and those that are staying for a few hours or all day.
Can the host hotel change?
Yes- We hope that we can make agreements and contracts to stay at one hotel, however sometimes we need to make a change or that hotel may not be available. We will let our guests know if any changes were made to location prior to our event. when making a reservation you are making a reservation at our host hotel, not a specific hotel or resort. If changes are made you DO NOT get a refund if the event still moves forward.
How Do i get to red shirt day at the Magic Kingdom?
Our host hotel offers a free shuttle to the Magic Kingdom

How do i make a partial payment for my resrvation?
To make a partial payment or to pay off your account you will need to contact us by emailing orders@gaydays.com. Include your booking ID and amount you authorize us to charge. Indicate that you wish to use credit card on file or we can send you a payment link via a invoice.

Are you part of GayDays at DIsneyland?
We like to think of GayDays at Disneyland our sister event. However, we do not plan that event. We allow them to use our name.
Is GayDays kid friendly?
GayDays is an adult event. Our events are 21+ unless otherwise stated. Our expo is all ages but if you attend you may see adults in tight speedos or less.
How much is parking?
Parking is free for everyone!
What happens if things change?
GayDays reserves the right to modify event details, including venue location, performance times, and performers. Such changes do not qualify for a refund. The event dates remain unchanged and all reservations remain Valid.
